From May 1, 2006, Beijing Changfeng implemented the performance check for employee.
The inspection is a supervisor for employee, it¡¯s helpful for the development and management
of company.We have the performance inspection for both manager and employee. Every employee is
sorted in their department. The inspection is main a report and examine of the work effort of each
employee monthly. The examine range from work ability, attitude, efficiency and so on. For
employees who have good result in performance check we have corresponding award. For people who
have poor result we also have improve advise or even punishement.
The performance check is a solid standard for salary and appreciation.
