2007 Stockholder Meeting of Beijing Changfeng Industry Co.

The stockholder meeting of Beijing Changfeng Industry Co., Ltd. was hold on 28th April 2007 in
Beijing. The meeting has achieved two proposals:
(1) Elect the new directorate members and supervisors;
(2) The evaluation progress from Beijing Changfeng Industry Co., Ltd. to Beijing Changfeng
Industry stock Co., Ltd.
The above two proposals has been authorized by stockholders meeting.The new directorate members
are: Pan Zhan, Zhang Ye, Xu Shaoqing, Bi Heping, Yin Nanjie, Guo Xiaogui, Chen Haishuang.
Supervisors are: Mao Hui, Chen Xianxin, Cui Meihong.
The stockholder meeting has been completed during the day.
